Founded in 1970, Charm was the first artificial Christmas tree manufacturer in far east Asia. Today, we have more than 50 years of experience making artificial trees and other seasonal decor. We employ over 1,000 people across 3 manufacturing facilities in Hong Kong and Shenzhen as well as our corporate offices in the US. Our showroom space totals over 25 thousand square feet to showcase our bountiful assortment of tree styles. Our factories are routinely inspected to meet standards of our business partners. Building over 600 realistic trees per day, we are happy to deliver superior quality and innovative industry leading technology with competitive factory direct pricing. Additionally, our in house customer service will always be in the US. We pride ourselves on not using robotic responses, as you will always speak with our live team. To help our customers, we have parts centers around the world ready to ship any replacements with minimal wait times.
